守屋 智紀

大手通信会社にてIR・経営企画を務めたのち、米系コンサルティング会社にて全社戦略、新規事業、M&A等のプロジェクトに従事。その後スタートアップ2社にて経営戦略、ファイナンス、人事の責任者・執行役員を経て、2025年当財団に参画。システムチェンジコレクティブ及び調査研究の両面から、個人・社会・宇宙の幸福と新しい経済づくりに取り組んでいます。関心領域はポスト資本主義、分配論、組織開発、内面発達など。経営学修士。

After serving in IR and corporate planning at a telecommunications company, I joined a strategic consulting firm, engaging in projects such as corporate strategy, new business development, and M&A. Subsequently, I held executive positions responsible for business strategy, finance, and human resources at two startups. I joined the Foundation in 2025, and hold roles in both the Systems Change Collective and the Lab to foster the well-being of individuals, society, and the cosmos, through building a new economic system. My areas of interest include stakeholder capitalism, organizational development, and inner development. I hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
