田中愛也

大学院（修士課程）にて地域社会学および環境社会学を専攻後、再生可能エネルギー事業会社に就職。コーポレートファイナンス業務を担当後、同社新規事業企画部門に異動し、主にプロジェクトマネジメント業務に従事する。地域に根差した発電事業を志し、農畜産業を維持しながら太陽光発電を行うソーラーシェアリング事業の実証事業等に携わる。
様々な立場の人がより過ごしやすい社会になるためには既存社会の構造変換が必要であると考え、2025年11月に当財団に参画。システムチェンジ及びインパクトエコノミーに関する調査、発信・普及事業の実施等を主に担当する。

During my graduate studies, I specialized in Community Sociology and Environmental Sociology. After earning my Master’s degree, I joined a renewable energy company, where I first worked in corporate finance and later moved to the New Business Planning Department, primarily engaging in project management. Motivated by a commitment to community-based power generation, I became involved in demonstration projects for solar sharing—an approach that enables solar power generation while allowing agricultural and livestock activities to continue.
Believing that transforming existing societal structures is essential to building a more inclusive and livable society, I joined the Foundation in November 2025. I am primarily responsible for research as well as communication, dissemination, and outreach activities related to System Change and the Impact Economy.
