阿部 竜生

大学卒業後、ITベンチャーにて事業リーダーとして事業推進・拡大を担当。その後、国内大手子ども支援NPOの寄付部門にて、企業や篤志家の想いを活動へ接続する関係構築に従事。また、IT・CRM活用による業務最適化や部門間連携を促す組織開発、活動報告会の企画・プロジェクトマネジメントにも尽力してきました。 2026年より当財団に参画。営利・非営利の双方で培った、組織内外の調整役としての経験を活かし、誰もが安心し、ありのままで生きられる社会の実現に向けて、社会変革の推進に取り組んでいます。

After graduating from university, I was responsible for business development and expansion as a business leader at an IT venture company. I then joined the fundraising division of a major domestic NPO supporting children, where I engaged in relationship building to connect the aspirations of companies and philanthropists with our activities. I also devoted my efforts to optimizing operations through IT and CRM, organizational development to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, and the planning and project management of activity reporting sessions.

I joined the Foundation in 2026. Leveraging my experience as a coordinator between internal and external stakeholders gained in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors, I am committed to promoting social change, aiming for a society where everyone can feel secure and live true to themselves.
