古市 奏文

大学卒業後、大手メーカーで製品開発に携わった後、外資系コンサルティング会社にて戦略コンサルティング・M＆Aアドバイザリーの経験を積みました。その後、IT企業のコーポレートベンチャーキャピタルや独立系のベンチャーキャピタルにてベンチャー投資に従事し、2018年に当財団に参画。ソーシャル領域のキャピタリストとして活動。はたらくFUND（日本インパクト投資2号ファンド）の立ち上げや、財団としての直接投資先複数社への出資・事業支援を担当しています。22年より、インパクト・カタリストとして国内外の先行事例創出・研究などをリードしています。

After graduating from university, I worked in product development at a major manufacturing company, before gaining experience in strategy consulting and M&A advisory services at a global consulting firm. I then engaged in venture capital investment through the corporate venture capital arm of an IT company as well as an independent venture capital firm. I joined the Foundation in 2018 and have been active as a capitalist in the social and impact domain. I have been involved in the launch of the Hataraku Fund (Japan Impact Investment Fund II) and am responsible for direct investments by the Foundation in multiple portfolio companies, providing both capital and hands-on business support. Since 2022, I have been leading the creation and research of leading impact initiatives in Japan and abroad as an Impact Catalyst.
