菅野 文美

大学卒業後、台湾留学を経てアメリカの大学院で国際開発を専攻。国際NGO職員として中国農村部で教育やインパクト評価事業に従事しました。帰国後、ビジネスを通じた社会課題解決に取り組むため、外資系銀行でのリスクマネジメント業務を経て、シンクタンクで日本企業による新興国インパクトビジネスの立ち上げ支援、インパクト投資の研究、ESGリサーチを担当。2017年7月に当財団に入職し、インパクトVCファンド「はたらくFUND」にパートナーとして従事する他、Impact Economy Labを通じて、インパクト・エコノミーへの移行に向けた、グローバルな先駆者や業界団体との連携、実践知の抽出や調査研究、GSG Impact（旧称：The Global Steering Group for Impact Investment （GSG））等の国内におけるコミュニティとの協働、省庁との連携等をリードしています。

Fumi Sugeno is a systems change and impact investing practitioner advancing the transition to a more regenerative and inclusive economy through cross-sector partnerships and the mobilization of capital. As Head of SIIF Global at the Japan Social Innovation and Investment Foundation (SIIF), she works with partners across government, business, academia, and civil society to catalyse systems change in areas including oceans, regional revitalization, gender equality, and the impact economy. She is also a Partner of the Hataraku FUND, an impact investment fund focused on the care economy and the future of work, established with SBI Shinsei Bank Group and Mizuho Bank. Previously, Fumi advised Japanese corporations on impact business and investment strategies at the Japan Research Institute, held risk management roles at Dexia Credit Local, and began her career conducting impact evaluations and developing policy recommendations for education in rural China.
