田立 紀子

大学院(修士課程)在学中、農業支援型NPO法人を起業、農山漁村の課題解決や社会教育、社会的投資に係る組織を複数立ち上げ、事業推進しました。コレクティブインパクトの創出を志して引退、20代最後の2年をIT企業で過ごした後、大学院(博士課程)進学し、染色体異常児の妊娠・入院・出産・看護・看取りを経験しました。復学・社会復帰後、地方国立大学ダイバーシティ推進室を経て、当財団に参画。システムチェンジコレクティブ事業地域活性化チームに所属し、インパクト投資・助成分野において、課題分析やTOC、ロジックモデルを活用したIMMを軸に伴走支援を行っています。日本海側の限界集落でテレワーク中。主な関心領域は地域活性化、グループダイナミクス、ジェンダー等。農学博士。

While pursuing master’s degree., I started an non profit organization that provides agricultural support. I launched and promoted several organizations related to solving issues in rural areas, social education, and social investment. After spending last two years of my twenties working for an IT company, I entered PhD. while I experienced pregnancy, hospitalization, childbirth, nursing, and nursing care of a child with chromosomal abnormalities. After returning to school and returning to work, I worked in the Diversity Promotion Office at a local national university before joining the Foundation.I belong to the Regional Revitalization Team of the System Change Collective Project, where I provide hands-on support in the fields of impact investment and grantmaking, focusing on IMM (Impact Measurement and Management) based on issue analysis, Theory of Change (TOC), and logic models. I am currently teleworking in a marginalized community on the Sea of Japan coast. My main areas of interest include regional revitalization, group dynamics, and gender. Doctor of Agriculture.
